Under 32g protein per day
Under 2000mg sodium per day
generally bland

No meat (including seafood)

No Alcohol (du-uh)

due to the sodium restrictions, processed foods are pretty much out.

So I guess that leaves...vegetables...mostly

Revenge of the Liver

After a past life as a pretty heavy partier and a more recent life as a stressed out single mom on a slew of mood stabilizers with a brief relapse into said past life; my liver is threatening to break up with my if I don't get my shit together.

I have been put on the "WTF Diet"
I need to give my guts a break and obsessively writing a food blog will give me something inane and whimsical to think about besides the very real, very painful alienation of the recovery process.
